Requirements:
- Download iOS 7 Beta for your device ( http://imzdl.com/ios.php )
- Download iTunes
Step 1: Launch iTunes and connect your iPhone (or other device) with your PC via USB cable.
Step 2: Right click on your iDevice on iTunes and take a backup
Step 3: Restore your iDevice to iOS 6.1.3 (or 6.1.4 if you have iPhone 5)
Step 4: Set up as new iDevice - do not restore from backup.
Step 5: Hold down the Shift Key (or Option key in OS X) and click on “Update” -NOT- "Restore"
Step 6: Select the iOS 7 beta file you downloaded, updating the device to iOS 7 beta.
Step 7: When the process is finished, you can start fresh on iOS 7 or restore from the backup you made earlier. Done! No UDID activation needed.
If you accidentally brick your device no worries:

1.) Put Device into DFU Mode
a. Plug iPhone into Mac or PC
b. Make sure phone is off
c. Hold Sleep for 10 Seconds
d. After 10 Seconds continue to press sleep, but also press the home button
e. After another 10 seconds, continue pressing the home button, but let go of the sleep button
f. Open iTunes and it should detect the phone
2.) Do a (shift) restore of your current firmware for your device.
3.) While it is restoring, download iFuntastic if you're on a mac (http://ifuntastic.com/) or iFunBox if you're on a windows based pc (http://www.i-funbox.com/)
4.) Wait until the part of the restore when it gets stuck, and once it does get stuck, open iFuntastic or iFunBox
5.) That's it! It should continue the restore from where it was stuck and reinstall the OS on your iDevice.
