People do often forget to proxy or use another server for their email. Email is defined with the MX domain, and is not proxied by Cloudflare. Basically a cheap way of getting real server IPs. Especially if the site depends on an external WAF/Protection like the one Cloudflare has, it won't be protected with direct IP access.
