ESET Anti-Virus is an excellent, Real Time protection with constant Virus DB updates.
The Version at the time of this Writing (2021) is ESET NOD32 Ver 4.

It comes with a 30 day Free Trial, but here's the Trick - it requires no CC or Email Verify.
This Vuln can be really effective with Fake Name Generators.

Generate a Random Person and enter the details into ESET and there you go, Free for 30 days.
You can keep doing this every 30 days, Just uninstall, Reboot, Install, Enter Fake Creds. Done.

I do recommend the 1 Year Premium. Tis very nice and cheap, but for now, I use this technique

This MIGHT work on Windows And/Or Mac OS, But I haven't tested.
