The "Database Creation" Is misleading- It's doesn't show how to create a database, but rather a Table In the database.
Also, the PRIMARY KEY Constraint can be added during the creation of the Table, hence disregard  the ALTER TABLE statement altogether.
Here's a more efficient way. I've created the Table with the PRIMARY KEY Inclusive:

That aside, I'll see If the rest can be Improved later today. Appreciate the contribution and the direct link.

odd that it didnt export the primary key, maybe i deleted it by mistake from the sql file
