Here is an easy workaround to find if you are in the facebook hack or not.

1. Download the full facebook dump.
2. Unzip all the files and put all the txt files in one folder.
3. Go to https://findmyfbid.in/finding-facebook-id/ and get your facebook id.
4. Search your id in the folder you just created and voila.

Whatever the case may be, I certainly would not enter my personal/primary phone number online, regardless of the entity's reputation.
