With puzzle i mean click the link, wait the 5 seconds and click multiple times (will generate popups) and at end you don't get the file.

oh ok, well in this case, i'll update the application to make the 5 second page skip, but you'll need to send the link multiple times

i made an app to bypass those AdFly "Click Allow to continue" called AdFlyNotificationBypass to get the destination link
1: Download the application
2: Copy the page url into the first textbox
3: Click "Resolve Destination"
4: Copy the given destination from the second textbox or click "Open Link"
(you can click the clear button to reset the app)

The application was made in the .net framework, you can edit it via dnSpy or JustDecompile idk xd
the application just gets the "&dest=" tag present in the url and reformats the "%--" to actual characters
