Add Start Button to the Windows 8

Hello guys,

well i just saw some messes around about the Windows 8 Start button missing ,

well actually start menu is there, it calling Metro Screen , you can get it with pressing windows key on Keyboard ,

Its Good than Win7 for me , well im changing my OS most time , most it like a hobby now
