No worries, happy to discuss a bit. And I agree that a lot of his message on self confidence, improvement and respect is great and is generally the part I agree with. However my issue with it comes from how he handles his relationships with other people and the narrative he will push along with his advice. In his message, relationships seem to be entirely goal oriented. Friendships seem to be purely for the purpose of business/social standing and dating is purely for the purpose of having a hot side piece. He seems to hold relationships with family in high regard which I respect, but how much of that is because of cultures he knows he will totally lose if he doesn't hold that perspective I'm not sure.

However towards the end the video he flips it and he says the whole reason for going to the gym to get jacked after a breakup isn't to help you process your emotions and feel better about yourself, but simply to make them regret leaving you so you get the satisfaction of revenge and make them want you back. He then continues that after a breakup your ex will instantly become the town piece 'partying on yachts' and 'fucking 5 people' which is definitely not the case in majority of instances, pushing a narrative on young people about relationships perhaps before they've even had a relationship before. It's almost like he always begins with wholesome stoic advice, but can't help but make it for all the wrong reasons.
