I'm really angry and pissed off....

So, here's my problem... Many of you might know that I used to own a website http://www.goldendimension.co.cc

It was working quite well and everything was cool...

But today I realised that my site got FUCKED.... It wasn't hacked by anyone, but my domain registrar http://www.co.cc got fucked....


I'm so damn pissed off...:headbash::mad:

It wasn't even my fault.. My site's security was quite good....

I own 3 different domains, you can use one if you want.

co.cc is not a Top Level Domain (TLD) hence its also not given much priority over TLDs like .com .net .org. Google has banned co.cc in the past due to spam and other harmful sites hosted through co.cc. Means its bad for SEO, which means you are likely to not get 50% of potential traffic that you would otherwise. If you are serious about a site always buy a domain. I dont suggest .info because they are cheap the first year but the renewal charges after a year are more than .com

And a tip how to get your DB and default hosting subdomain-
Go to cPanel and move all files from /home/user/.co.cc domain - to public_html
^what happen in my case.
You might need to edit some of the php files tho, to adjust them to the new domain.

What do you mean by banned from Google?
My site is indexed, the SEO was actually bigger when i had the subdomain provided by the hosting, but it's still indexed By Banned, i understand that bots aren't going to index the site and stuff...

Google always checks for quality in a site which are determined by various parameters content, speed, ranks, backlinks/reputation, TLDs. CO.CC is better than what you would get from a free host but its nowhere near the Top Level Domains.

I never knew that co.cc was like that... I knew that cz.cc domains are like that but its bad to hear that about co.cc domains too... Well, thanks for the info 8th Sage, I'll be looking for a better one next time...
