If you can give them the tone with the correct SE method, you can get away with anything but, depends how smart they're. It wouldn't work on someone that knows about SE and the likes.

The thing with SEing is it is exploiting the number one flaw in all companies. Susceptibility to morals and logic. its not hard to convince a rep that you should get a replacement or refund and as for getting SNs from people. That is insane, people honestly are kinda stupid.
