The Theme - Suggestions (Win NSP!)

I'm currently taking ideas for the theme and site in general. We're seeking to improve the theme and hunt down anything buggy/bad. We're also taking ideas for the theme. If you have ideas and would like to make NSP, post them below. I'll be awarding NSP for any ideas I actually use.

Known issues:
1. We used to have a warning at the bottom of threads older than 3 months, warning users they would be gravedigging (also on reply page).
2. Part of the icons are still red, we need to either commission new ones or deal with it.
3. Sidebar not displaying well on mobile theme. Will be fixed. Fixed. Removed for mobile.
4. Bullet/numbered lists, Youtube links, email links buttons don't work in the text editor properly.
5. Some of the prefixes are really, really, messed up. (http://i.imgur.com/6CFIpaq.png)
6. RSS syndication is broken.
7. Some page numbering is out of place (like, Alerts: http://i.imgur.com/ThJDLOY.png).
8. Bans page could look a lot better.
9. Mobile theme has avatar issues. People with no avatar look funny.
10. Lite/archive mode is broken.
11. Members list is missing reputation and looks bad.

Suggested improvements:
1. New backgrounds for the header. Also, backgrounds below header.
2. A better default profile background (it's the XP background now).
3. Make distinguishing alerts from PMs easier.
4. Text could be a bit brighter. Up for debate.
5. Text could be a bit bigger. Up for debate.

Maybe we could have a Friday night game night or something along the lines of that?

Possibly create a non purchasable rank for like dedicated members to earn. Something like a Veteran Badge or group that they are placed into once they hit 1000 posts and 50 rep.

Or

NSP Lottery where we host a lottery either weekly or monthly so members can earn some.

Also maybe if members would be able to purchase donator ranks using NSP that would be awesome since not everyone can afford to pay for a rank. Maybe making bronze like 15k nsp and diamond like 1m NSP or 100k NSP so members can purchase it with NSP.

Also after being a regular member for a while i have noticed that the user color for the default registered group is a really dark gray, hopefully make it a little brighter color like a white.

you can already do all these things?
