The Rake Creepypasta I Wrote #1
I got bored and put this on Facebook the other day.
Just thought I'd share it here.

Quote:You wake up at 4am.
Your tired but fore some reason you can't get back to sleep.
Then you notice a noise. It's not a normal noise however, it sounds... Painful... A noise that sounds very sloppy and painful.
Thinking it is just your cat cleaning itself weirdly you shake you hand under the bed and whisper "shh stop it".
The noise continues however. So you say it again but a little louder, thinking the cat is in the hallway outside your room.
Still it continues.
Your getting annoyed now, and a little scared, but your convinced your cat is the culprit.
You check the clock by your bed, using the dim moonlight to see: 4:06am.
You mother and father went out last night and said they'd be home at 3:30 but you can normally hear your father snoring in the next room.
Assuming they're just late home you yell "Stop it you stupid cat!".
The noise stops.
Assuming you were successful in your attempt to shut up the cat you lay back down to try and sleep again.
Still you are unable to sleep. You roll to your side and open your eyes ever so slightly and see the clock: 4:09am.
Suddenly you hear a noise again... But this one is different. A strange combination of loud scratching and a slow shuffling.
Now your scared. No way your cat could make that noise... Come to think of it you never heard your cat move away after it stopped licking itself...
The noise stops suddenly and you hear a very quiet very shallow noise... Like a soft wind against the windowpanes.
Giving in to your inquisitive nature you roll onto your front, sit up in your bed and open your eyes with the intent of finding the light switch.
All you can see in the faint moonlight coming in through the crack in the curtains is the bold outline of... Something...
Crouched on all fours with a thick bald head and massive eyes which glowed like nothing you've ever seen before.
Its panting... You scream...
The creature lets out a massive, horrific screech like a a owl and a tiger in one. It jumps onto your bed and grabs you with its gigantic fingers and huge sharp nails, majorly out of proportion with the rest of its body, and tosses you across the room.
Its still wailing like a banshee and your still screaming as it sprints across the room, grabs you again and throws you from the room into the corridor where you land in a bloody pile of something...
You just manage to clock the slippers and dressing gown on the floor... Mom? Dad? And a cats paw...
You jerk your head around in panic and look at the floor... Guts... Intestines, bones... A human heart...
You hear the screech again and turn over in time to see the creature pick you up and rip your arm off. You yell as a pain you didn't think was possible surges through your body. The creature pins you to the wall and you feel its nails dig into your neck.
It leans in close and you smell its putrid odor.
It speaks... In a ripping, ghastly tone "i... give you... the easiest..."
A final stagnant breath from its hole of a mouth and it slices its nails across your neck... Slitting open your jugular...
You die in seconds and your last thoughts jolt to a stop in unison with the rest of your body.

The next day the neighbors call the police saying they heard screams the night before.
The police find what little remains of the 3 bodies and claim a pack of wild dogs must have found their way in and eaten the residents... A terrible way to go.
Now... Where did those that reported the incident live again? I'm still hungry...

I know it's not very good or scary. :doubt:
I wrote this at three in the morning in a space of five minutes leave me alone!

Just thought I'd share it.

Thanks, man.
Yeah. I thought it'd emphasize the noise a bit more. But like I said I wrote this while half-asleep at 3am so...

Nah, man.
This is just something random.
I was bored the other day at three in the morning and I was in a particularly satanic mood so I decided to write this. No connection to the story at all.
