Yes, but the fact that you lose ALL your games if you are banned and the fact that you will need to recheck your games on your console everytime the game have been used on another console makes it look bad.. That is also only PARTLY what they have done so far...

Simple, don't break their TOS. you don't get banned for dumb stuff like flaming/trolling people. You only get life time bans for shit you really shouldn't be doing. Don't wanna lose your games? Don't go against the TOS. That is in no way asking to much. I'm assuming you are talking about the 24 hour check. Well in this day of age if you don't have internet all the time, you clearly are in a bad fiance situation and shouldn't be buying a next gen console at all.

Either way Microsoft has been going to crap lately. I'm all Sony and Nintendo now. I'll still keep my Original Xbox and my 360 but definitely not getting an Xbox One.

So, what if you are hacked, what if there is an error? What if that results in a ban? While you have plenty of games, you lose hundreds if not thousands of dollars, because some low life tried to have some fun..

If you are hacked, you call them up. They well fix it if is a legit mistake on they end.
If they didn't do the 24 hour check you wouldn't get alot of futures, like sharing games with up to 10 friends/Family. The check is to check your License on your games other wise you could buy it install it, and sell it to someone who plays offline only.
