Disappointing lack of mixtape jokes. But while you can open laptop batteries and replace the Li-On batteries themselves (I've done this myself for older machines), DO NOT OPEN THE ACTUAL BATTERIES. Plain and simple.

That's a significant saving (money-wise) with a DYI Installation.

Personally, although this Is great way to replace the battery that saves money whilst It does the exact same thing as purchasing from a retailer or manufacturer, I don't trust myself with It. It'll always be In the back of my mind as to whether I assembled It correctly and whether It'll explode If I didn't.

But that's just me.
