I plan to be changing Notoriety from a partial invite only group to something else, not filled with HQ members but ones that want to help, and ones that want to give. Please note that this group will be very demanding, and require lots of activity from it's members. I want this group to hold the same image as "The Alliance" does on HF.

Now this brings me to my graphics request I need a userbar done for the group, one of my banes is I just can't create good graphics for my self I don't know why I just don't have the talent to do so.

You can try to change the name of the group on the userbar if you have a better idea for a name as i'm liking what i've chosen but their may be better options. I want the user bar to be something elegant the color scheme, and everything can be up to you it does not bother me.

Who ever does this will be let into the group, but please note this does not give you immunity when the group starts up not to participate in the requirements. It's simply as a thank you for doing so.

I hope to see some good entries as I can't offer any cash prizes for this at the moment.
