As I said I don't know shit about parameters and stuff with antennas so don't be surprised (sorry if I'm disappointed you tho) :troll:

I was thinking that the second one is parabolic :Slant:.

Tho is it useful to also buy that range extender and router ? Just wondering :epic:

Some excellent information Snipa, thank you. I was wondering if you could further help me?

I need to buy a new wifi card and antenna. You've answered my questions about that antenna but what would be an appropriate wireless card to purchase. I'm primarily going to be testing MiM attacks rather than encryption cracking, including using sslstrip, ettercap etc.

I'm running kali on an Acer Aspire 7540.

I've done extensive research on this some time ago, and what i got as the best setup (for a good price) was exactly what snipa has right now, I can tell you the TP-Link TL-ANT2424B 2.4GHz 24dBi Grid Parabolic Antenna is worth having, also if you don't want people to see if, put something light over it, like cloth! Something that doesn't have a big inpact on the signal (researching this could take a while) But i really suggest to you the parabolic antenna! It's EPIC. But if i were you i'd also check local laws concerning ranges and sizes allowed (only if you give a damn of course) ! Good luck and let us know what you'll buy!
This is what defines many, yet many are not understood by much.
