I do plan to watch it eventually as there was a lot of hype over it! I'd like to see how they execute an anime with a gaming theme. I'm guessing you've seen it now though.

I don't think there's an MMO for it.

Well I've heard mixed opinions on SAO and I'm not really a fan of shounens so I'll pass

It was good 'till the part where SAO ended and that Elf-whatever started. From that point I think it lost it's uniqueness and became just a regular anime.
