Maybe they mean that the water combined with warmer temperatures causes it to degrade more rapidly?

It may well be the case, but the fact that water Is being added Irrespective of Its degradation, contradicts the previous statement.

I think they need to clarify, how & why one event doesn't affect the other.

Can't watch the video right now, but maybe drying is only intended as a mean to make it easier to transport and store for longer times without degradation before usage (then it makes sense to state that water is what destroys the vaccine), but in the end it needs to be diluted and turned back to a solution for injection as usual

You've made a valid point.

To completely exclude water, perhaps manufactured In tablet form, whereby It dissolves when swallowed will keep Its effectiveness Intact.

Maybe sublingual dissolvable, like a few allergy meds I've seen that need to be absorbed as fast as possible in the bloodstream (excluding injection, of course)

Why not find medicine to cure Covid-19 instead of vaccines. Vaccines are only remedy and not a solution - there are too many people to vaccinate than to cure.

There are a lot of research going on for other forms of anti covid drugs. It's great that Sweden is also in the race. I believe research and trial are ongoing for nasal spray type and other forms of non injectable types, which if available will be a boon for many. But yes, it has to go through its motion of first confirming its efficacy against Covid 19 mutants.
