Currently you won't need to apply for upgrades. I am not even 1005% certain that you will ever have to do that.

Let me clear that up for you. To upgrade your account, you need not apply. It's just a one-off payment. This gets you access to our hacking-related sections. Usergroups such as Prestige, Marvelous, etc require an application but they're different.

Nah, I found this website through HF but I hate that forum. Way to hard to do anything when your a new user and my old community got destroyed so I've been looking for a while.
