This is probably one of the worst simulators I've ever seen. I sent it to a couple of friends, and they agreed whole-heartedly. There are more steps to surgery than displayed, and they're definitely not this simple. Anyways, it was a good deal of fun trying it out, so thanks for a great share ^^
