Maybe the threads that are labeled tuts get more ap? Encouraging the community to do tuts....

I feel like that would make a lot of threads that even remotely explain anything a tut thread. (For example, if I went back and commented some of my code, I could release it as a python "tut") There would need to be a regulatory system, which seems too complicated to implement for a small feature...
