I have two question about steam web api key
1. How can I access the web api key if I have a username and password?
2. How can I accept and reject a trade offer with steam web api key?

1. You generate an API key via this page: https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
2. I don't have any experience myself with trading using Steam APIs, but it seems it's possible and (at least partially) documented: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki...conService
