Do you have to keep to a work out too stay fit or do you just naturally stay fit with what you do daily?  I pretty much never put on any weight or get really unfit by not working out as I kind of do enough during my regular day.

Honestly you have to excersize to stay fit. Humans used to be active, hunting for food, running, stalking, etc. As we found tools we gradually relied less on our bodies. Now a days the most we do is stand, walk, and sit. So if your daily activity is going to school and back home, that's not really enough. At least have 3 days out of the week for excersize, as well as eating right. You'll be good.

I stay fit naturally with what I do daily, but I also weight lift.

I eat all day, that is how I stay fit.

For real though, I am always fit and I don't gain or lose any weight so yeah.

Like most others, I don't really put on or lose weight. It's not until recently where I've started a diet which is going incredibly well. Feel a lot fitter, more energy. I'm going to start working out soon too.
