Okay, from what I told my Staff and my users on my other forums, that have been bigger than this.


As the forum grows, so will my Administrative Team's ability to be online and working with the community. From what I see here on Reality, I do not see enough Staff posting and becoming evolved in the community how I would like. No offence, I am not saying that this forum's staff and team aren't good, because I do not know any one of them. When I ran my forums, I would not hesitate to kick someone off the team or say something, if you are on the Administrative Team, you have already committed to being the most active user on the forum. Thats me.

They are doing just fine right now and I'm sure they will continue to do so as the forum grows.

I sure hope staff will try their hardest to interact with the users on their site. It makes the site look good in my opinion, if staff are interacting with the users.

I disagree. I'm one of the most active posters on the forums and a lot of the admin team have responsibilities not involving posts. Please refer to the below quote to see what the rest of the team do when there not posting.

A lot of stuff happens behind the scenes that members don't see. Most of the day we're working on security/server upgrades/plugin development/upgrades/DDoS protection so it can be very hard to reply to every request instantly. 

We've recently made a change to the ModCP which allows us to deal with requests for award requests/ban appeals/suggestions a lot quicker.

As the forum grows we will likely look for more staff as of when/if required. I believe I speak for  the entire staff team when I say we enjoy being involved in the community and replying to threads.
