I'm not too sure about this. I mean, if you're using the scammer who scammed the other persons money for yourself, then no. If you're giving it back to the victim, then yes, I say it's fine.

Yeah this, it's like the story of Robin hood, if you're doing it for the benefit of the person who was scammed then you're really only returning what's theirs.
