Someone hacked my router yestarday

If you get a new router wouldn't they just hacked you again ??? and standard router don't have powerful firewall (IDS/IPS) a pretty weak ... trying using PFsense on a old PC and for the Plugins/Packages install Snort ... and some minor tweaks and you should be good bro ...
