As I've always said throughout the years, "the moment you establish an Internet connection, your anonymity Is no longer concealed". We can only do our best with VPNs, proxy chaining and the like.

Use Tor with VPN/TAILS OS with Dynamic Mac changes and private bridge on public WiFi hotspots, avoid correlating behaviors that give away your identity. You'll be pretty damn Anonymous. To browse at least.
