It's what I believe. A rapist deserves to never have sex again. All he should be able to do is take a piss and there is surgeries that allow that. So amputation is the perfect justice.

If a person is that damn desperate for sex and cannot find a regular girl to have sex with then there is plenty of girls on the street corners give.

Everything is about sex these days. What happened to people being respectful and caring about love rather then sex. I don't know about you or anyone else on these forums but me I would rather have a girl love me and that I love back instead of sex.

Because asking for rape exists. If you have to slap her and cover her mouth without her willingly allow you to do that, she isn't asking for it. Pretty clear if you have to prevent her from screaming, she doesn't want sex, therefore it is rape. Granted that lying about your age is wrong, it does not justify the crime. If he was being tried for statutory rape, or where she consented but was underage, then sure, if she lied about her age to get him to sleep with her, throw the case out, if its provable, cos it would have been on her. But when it comes to rape cases, regardless if she is lying or not about her age, does not even lightly justify anything.

And no. BDSM is between two consenting individuals, and has safe words for the reason of allowing the use of no, while still giving the ability to object and stop.
BDSM, while having qualities that are similar, isn't equivilant to rape
