Yes, he certainly generates a lot of time and effort toward this board and I "sort of" know how he feels.

From the moment I log on, I check "every new post" to make sure It's compliant with the rules. This takes anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour- depending on content, activity and action taken. Moving threads predominantly takes up most of my time. I always make sure to reply when I move threads, just to make the OP aware that It belongs In the forum of where It's moved.

Your efforts never go unnoticed. I am so grateful to have you as a fellow staff member, and quite easily the best staff member we've ever had.

I agree. Personally, your community is the most helpful with others, with not a heavy focus on memberships, etc. I think your community is definitely a role model, that new boards of this nature would want to follow.

That's lovely to hear! Although, forums aren't cropping up as much as they used to. I wonder how much we will see new forums develop in the coming years.
