I have noticed that before, where they can still be on Skype but not the net. Why is that?

Don't quote me on this but I think it has something to do with skype's tcp vs like the stresser's udp flood, not sure tho. I also know that cox internet is freaking weird, my buddy had someone hit him with like 4gbit and he was fine, his upload speed is only like 20mbit...then again mine is around 0.3mbit w/o tor or a vpn lol.
