I've broken my wrist quite a while back and the pain was unbearable.

You'd be well aware of both the pain and limitation In movement, as a result of a broken bone.

Used to have a similar problem after an injury, if you can get a tube of diclofenac that will help, if you really feel the need to do so, get an elbow brace and wear it for a week and it'll sort itself out.

Make sure it has that thicker centre section to wrap your elbow directly.

If you are able to move it anywhere its not broken,
how ever you can move anywhere except like one spot
so i think it isnt broken but just a small rip

So this injury happened the 1th of january ( I was drunk as fuck) now 6 months later I’ve sometimes still have pain in it depending on how I move it. I’ve been to the doctor a month after the injury, i had to take 2 times a CT scan. The result: It was apparently broken but because I waited so long they say it’s not worth it for operating it or putting it in a cast. Now what could I possibly do because sometimes it still hurts.
As long as you are living, you will face problems. But you serve a God who solves problems.
