a Tele Prompter allows people to read text from a certain distance without having a paper in their hands, its mostly used in for television purposes. It also feels a bit more natural for the viewer since the person reading it isn't directly looking at a paper, but is intead reading from a Tele Prompter (normally behind the camera)
