I need to get myself back to the gym, I have not been since March 2020. Before that, I would go 4-5 days a week. I am a healthy drinker and eater, so I have not exactly let myself go terribly since, but obviously, my muscles and tone have reduced.

Yeah do it! It takes some time to get back into the rhythm most likely, but it will be worth it
