Seasonal Logos #1
I haven't been around long, but I've noticed the logo never changes. Perhaps you could add a witch's hat or pumpkins to fit the season. In December you could add a Santa hat, too.

RE: Seasonal Logos #2
I'd say a whole month would be a little too excessive. Maybe the week prior and during. (At most two weeks.)

Then again, I'm not sure if there are any INTERnational holidays that's really worth celebrating. We have members all over the world. Why Americanize them?

Homogenizing culture is bad enough already.

I think it'd be cute. I'm sure other people wouldn't mind a lil santa hat etc, We already have awards so I mean.

Well, if that's the case, Halloween is coming up soon. Maybe someone should send Oni a PM with a designed banner.

We might have done this once or twice early on. I'd have to pay someone to make graphics or do them myself. The color changer might have implications.

It's an American-owned/ran forum. That being said, I aim to make things reflect our demographic. Biggrin

Halloween, Easter, and Christmas tend to be celebrated globally. Thanksgiving and 4th of July are probably the only American ones. The Firework award should be available for New Years too.

This is a good idea.
Altough it's a small detail, i think it would make a great addition.

And you could host a contest, where everyone sumbits their design and the nicest one gets chosen and uploaded to the site for a small period of time.
I don't know how many people would enter, but I would defenitely send in a design.
i love you, léon
