You can always try and get a donation from someone who already has the voucher and has extra SP. Or if it comes down to it, I'm sure you can find someone that will do a large bet. If you win, you upgrade.

Basically, everyone's betting. The points are worthless currently unless you have enough, so you may as well bet them.
