Scaling issues on HiDPi (4k screen laptop)

Hello everyone reading this!
I installed arch with i3 gaps on my laptop dell 9370.
The laptop I meantioned has 4k UHD 3840 × 2160 screen and I have scaling issues.
text is small to read in all applications.
Tried fixing by configuring font size for urcvt-unicode, but it doesn't look nice at all.
Any suggestion/ help is highly appreciated.

I've had this on my laptop, Try in windows scaling is probably to 125% or 150% by default for your laptop. setting it to 100% fixes it but icons will appear tiny.
