Good job on trying to supply a vt scan, but you've scanned the url of the file sharing site where the file is hosted instead of the executable itself. Another important thing is that redirection/url link shortening is no longer allowed, you might want to update your thread so it corresponds with the rules we have in place.

The file you show the analisys in virustotal is 2.24 MB with 0/66 detections

The file you gave us the link for is 2.94MB with a detection of 49/66

Im no Expert but i'll say it's infected,here is the link of the "downloaded file .exe"

Although online virus scan reports are not a conclusive form of analysis, there's too many detections for my liking.
