Project path: github.com/1d8/sedoppkit

This tool features 5 modules which include: recon, annoyance, phishing, and exploitation.

The annoyance module can be used for call, email, or sms bombing.

The recon module can be used for gaining more information on a target.

The exploitation module can help in exploiting vulnerable systems.

And the phishing module can help in sending out phishing emails or phishing sms

Unless I've completely overlooked It, there's no mention on the supported carriers (for SMS), and whether email messages go directly to the recipient's Inbox.

I'm not sure that's what you're referencing to, but it seems they use https://www.swiftsmsgateway.com/ API to send SMS

I'm just wondering which phone carriers are supported to receive SMS bombs.

According to their API ad page "Gain a global reach to over 800 carriers".
Weirdly I can't find much more details, but I guess it covers most carriers then
