Runestone Keeper | Indie Game #3 #1
Just another indie share, similar to all other Indies, lots of stuff to do in this game.

Quote:Runestone Keeper:

We don’t know if it’s a politeness thing or what, but let’s go ahead and pour one out for whoever the first monster was that decided turn-based combat was a thing they’d all be chill with. Honestly, it’s really the least they can do, especially if they’re gonna hide a bunch of traps all over the place.
Runestone Keeper is a roguelike, so it has permadeath and randomized dungeon layouts, but if these monsters are gonna make it so that, on top of them trying to kill us, we have to manage our tattoos and enchantments, and sort out new gear all the time, and decide what gods to worship, we’re not going to feel bad about making them stand around for a minute while we choose what we want to do next.
But see, that opens a whole new can of worms about what they should be doing to maximize their time while they’re waiting for us. Maybe it’s just cause we’re always thinking about amazing game deals, but if we’re being real, they should probably just get their laptops, grab whatever the monster version of a Capri Sun and carrot sticks is, and get down on some delicious Dungeons and Dragons-y goodness themselves for some super meta, super poetic Runestone Keeper-ception.
Wait, jokes about that six year old movie are totally still relevant, right?

Wow, this is def unique.

Wouldn't say it's too much of my type of game, but good luck to the creators for sure!
