Ahh that makes things easier, Perhaps you could underline and bold "You must also post a virus-scan for any files you upload or link to" as we don't want our users getting infected. Just an idea.

Please make scamming 100% because once a scammer always a scammer.

In cases like scamming, it depends. I normally hand-pick punishments for scammers.
