Ripping ThemeForest Templates for free

You guys know, there is a way of doing this by hand which takes almost no time at all. -.-

Unfortunately, I gave that a shot, and I soon came to figure out it was a WordPress theme.
I can rip all of the design and layouts, etc, but I can't rip the PHP code for configuring it with wordpress.

Who purchases anything off of ThemeForest... seriously...
I'm assuming you're using some program to rip, which will not always work.
Go ahead and try to rip this with w/e program you're using. http://quanticalabs.com/Cascade/Template/

Somewhat off-topic, if anyone wants a tutorial on how to rip HTML/CSS templates (without some silly program), I've made one before and wouldn't mind posting it here.

The way her javascript is setup, the Allow Access Policy denies files from the local computer, so I had to upload to prove it. Also, here's the files:
