Riot Games wins $10M lawsuit vs. scripting service #1
Riot Games, the studio behind League of Legends, just won a $10 million, almost year-long lawsuit against infamous scripting service LeagueSharp, a site that provided scripts, hacks, and even botting services for a monthly fee. The outcome of the suit also gives Riot the ownership of LeagueSharp's websites and servers, so expect to see lots of bans and less scripting In the near future.

It's often the outcasts, the iconoclasts ... those who have the least to lose because they
don't have much in the first place, who feel the new currents and ride them the farthest.

I had no idea this was going on either! Goddamn that's a lot of money too.

That game used to drive me nuts with the bots. It became a bit of a joke if you did player vs player with 3-a-side. If the other team had a single real player, you ended up just laughing, with them, at the fact there were even real people in the match.

What would be great now, would be if they could clean up their toxic community... O_O

They probably should have gotten offshore servers, etc...

They probably had some kind of preventative measures, but Riot is fucking relentless when it comes to scripters.
