[Revolution]Mount .ISO using daemon tools. #1
okay so this is a very basic and short tutorial

Step 1
Download your game for this we will be using is
Call of duty 4 [This is just preference the steps apply with any game]

Step 1.5
Go make some food go out watch tv whatever downloading could take a while due to your connection size of file and seeds/peers

Step 2. Download daemon tools just google it or if your lazy go here
http://www.daemon-tools.cc/eng/downloads

step 3 now you have downloaded your game right click it goto daemon tools mount it to the drive and it will install

step 4 right click it again goto daemon tools and click edit file it will then open up wait till your game has installed then delete the shortcuts on the desk top open the file called crack or skidrow ect ect depending on the uploader the folder will be called something different

step 5 highlight everything in that folder right click then extract it to the desktop

step 6 goto your installation folder e.g c://localdisk/programfiles(x86)/activision/callofduty4
then drop the cracked files what you just extracted to your desktop into that folder and its done

For most games you don't even need to mount the iso. You can just extract it with 7-zip.

Most of the time the game is zipped as self extractor.

Based on the title of this thread i thought you were going to tell us how to use a torrent file to install a game. Now that would be interesting. Not even sure why you mentioned torrent though because these steps apply to pretty much any iso you download. Theres nothing specific to torrents in this tutorial.

Since when? Everyone should know how to mount iso's. Most of the time you can simply unzip/unrar the content and just launch setup.exe, but that takes time and free space, so why not using daemon tools?

Nice guide.

I think its better to mount ISO images using PowerISO... You can mount more than one ISO at a time and PowerISO can be used for other purposes too for example, making ISOs and burning images to disks...

For more info about PowerISO, go here : http://www.poweriso.com/

Why should you mount more than 1 iso at a time? Have you ever installed 2 or more games at a time? Most of the time it is not even possible, windows installer can only be ran once. Power iso is not bad, I use it for burning iso's. But Imgburn is better for that anyway Biggrin
