I never got ranked, I always played more dota, and then I'd switch back over to league just flip flopping I think I got to around level 15-20 or something like that tho.

Well, they lowered the requirement to get to level 30. It's a lot fewer games. Less than half of what it was before. They did this so now even retards can play ranked and make me lose games. Thanks Riot!

I'm not sure why they did it. Only Riot knows. Even their public statements on why the did something can't even represent what their business model really is.
