[Request] Upper body workout #1
Hello, I need an upper body workout to help me get a 6 pack as it was my New Years resolution and to impress everyone, so would anyone help a brother out?
I need something I can do at home as well as a gym also Biggrin

Guide to getting a 6-pack fast:

Step 1, train 3 times a day, 7 days a week.
Step 2, eat whatever you like, not that it matters because you'll be burning stupid amounts of calories
Step 3, ???
Step 4, Profit.

Lol no worries! It's fairly intense so it's going to hurt but you'll most definitely see results. Smile

I overlooked this as I thought it was comical lol.

But truly, training 3 times a day 7 days a week will destroy that muscle group (Abdominals) completely and you will be hurting from it. Eat lean foods, no fatty foods as that area will only show definition and muscle if there is no fat or minimal amounts. :curly:
