I found this crack coded by goodperson542 but seems not to be working on the new version of Hawx 2. I done a lot of research on this particular concept. I also found out that if you run the assassins creed 2 server and start hawx2.exe it shows up in the as2 server log's.

1 Place “MadCHook.dll” in C:\Windows\System32
2 Open “mchEvaluation.exe” (You must let it open when you run the game)
3 Open “cppInjector.exe”
-Click on “Load Module” and chose “Logger.dll”
-In Name of Victim enter “UbisoftGameLauncher.exe” and chose “Use watcher”
4 Run the game and a message will appaer saying the game is cracked
5 Close ubisoft game luncher
6 replace UbisoftGameLauncher.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher
7 Run “Patch.exe” (click on “apply patch” an chose UbisoftGameLauncher.exe)
8 run The game (For myself it only works with DX11) you can see the menu change options but you can’t play.

I just quoted Mackman. But from some of the comment's on youtube (not the precise link above) it seems to be working 100% but since I can't download it through the servey's I wont know for certain.
