Yesterday I contact @User-BrainCoders https://sinister.ly/User-BrainCoders using the telegram with this account: https://t.me/mud_igbans regarding service of ban Instagram account.
He charged me with 100$.
He also promises me the account will be ban and it cannot unban again.
so after 1 hour the account really disappear but then after +- 2 hours the account just come back online with the same profile except last name that changed. (all back the same.. followers picture.. etc )
I contacted him to understand what happen and what can we do about it, and the guy just block me on telegram and now I lost my money and got nothing.

I saw the threat after and another one complain about him:

I really wants my money back and I have no idea how to get it now.
