I'd recommend fixing some of the links, and perhaps reorganising some of the text, as the format is very broken. This could encourage more members to read and reply.

I wonder if phishing is tougher in anonymised networks. Does TOR protect against malcious payloads passed via onions? Or can they be done there, too?
