Alright, so I'm not sure how many people here like collecting the money pit that is records but today was the annual fun day for people who like buying new albums on vinyl, Record Store Day. Pretty much the day is a day when local shops can get limited quantity and sometimes regional releases and sell them for a lot because they're limited edition and regional to suckers like me, but it's always a fun time as it's not hard to find something you'll enjoy and there's other people to talk with about music.

Here's what I got in the span of two hours with a little list if you can't make out titles

So what do you think of events like this, and if you went to a store today what did you get? I love them myself, it's a fun time to get together with other collectors and get some neat new releases - my wallet may have shrunk but it's something fun.

I'm not a collector, but do have many originals that I purchased back In the 80s, Inclusive of my Marantz turntable. Your David Bowie album appears to be from the late 60s- early 70s.

I heard about this, but haven't really had the time/passion to collect these. Though I must admit that music sounds better on Vinyl. Glad to see there are still people who collect these things, I'm afraid that in a few decades, it'll be really hard to find CD's/Vinyl.
