Usually if you upgrade your windows version most off the driver work. But you must update him. There is four method to find all the driver-
1.Use a program tool like i do,(the driver genius).
2.Search on your motherboard manufactury and download all the driver the is update to a newest version.[for this i use another program like everest (complete report to all the device ) or gpu-z cpu-z]
3.When you update you could also search the driver.(i don't like this, becouse it possibil to find a driver conflicts)
4.start-device manager -click on the icon of the service that you want to update a driver and search online or upload for a file already saved on your pc.
The last ting that is important and not many people knows is that there is an order to install the driver(specially when you use a program)-you start to give a high priority to the processor driver, then to the video card driver, lan and for the last sound and if you need touchpad and other little driver.
